Without checking back with me, when I applied for the new JL credit card, having had mine old one for donkeys' years, I was accepted - and my credit limit was raised by £1000. To my mind this is totally crazy, not something that I would ever want and not something I ever envisage needing - and not something that I would ever ask for. So then the faff of getting them to put it back to where it was before, and of course there's no facility for contacting them, other than by phone, to do this. Beam me up.
