Covered but not the best experience

The app and the way payment works is great for people that don't drive much. Claiming however was less than smooth. You are passed between 3-4 different companies and communication could be improved. Some of their policy wording is vague and they try to use that against you. Some representatives at some of the companies are abrasive which does nothing to defuse a highly anxious and stressful period of your life. It's been hard work and I don't feel like I was, looked after, reassured and put into a position to carry on with my life while things were taken care of. If you rely on your car for commuting do not go with this company. You could be left without transport for over 2 weeks. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
