Amazing, innovative, modern, always improving, amazing support.

I haven't completely switched over to having Starling Bank my only account, but it's getting ever closer to that. The app is incredibly easy to use and is constantly being improved. The potential for developers with the Starling API is also a huge contributing factor to me making an account. The one time I had to contact customer support it was almost as instant as an IM chat and they were more than happy to help the best they could. Big fan and only becoming more so!
