Dealt with a slightly unusual claim smoothly and efficiently.

We have insured our annual event with them claim free for several years. At our last year's event we incurred a cleaning bill after an unfortunate accident. The claim was dealt with most sympathetically, the venue lost nothing and we only had to cover the excess. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
