An amazing and confident life assurance experience

As a senior citizen I was browsing the internet in search of a company who could provide me with detailed information with regard to purchasing a guaranteed life assurance plan as all of the insurance companies I had earlier contacted were stating that such a policy could only provide cover for me either 6 or 12 months after my initial payment. My internet search revealed the name of the Insurance Surgery and I decided to make the call. I was greeted politely by a female employee of the Insurance Surgery who promptly transferred my call to an insurance advisor named Sam C. From advising the aforementioned employee of my personal circumstances particularly with regard to my age and that all previous enquiries had resulted in me being advised that I had to wait 6 to 12 months before any plan would become operational Sam C immediately informed me that the Insurance Surgery could provide me with a plan that would immediately provide cover when I signed the necessary documents. My initial reaction that I was dealing with an insurance company and employee who provided excellent customer service, was putting my insurance needs first and had an exceptional knowledge of the vast array of assurance policies currently available in the market place. At the conclusion of each phone call Sam C always emphasised that he was readily available to speak to me regarding any further questions I may have and provided me with his direct contact details; this factor quickly persuaded me that I was dealing with an experienced advisor who had a high energy level in advisory terms and that I would not have any problem contacting him in the future. I was highly satisfied with the customer service and professional advice I received consequently the entire administration work involved in joining the policy that Sam C recommended was promptly dispatched, completed and quickly returned by me. The Insurance Surgery provided me with immediate assurance cover that no other such company was able to provide! Reviewed on: 22nd September 2022
