Cheap but not so cheerful

Having had a house contents policy for a couple of years I was happy to stay with them when I moved house. I tried to contact them to update with my new house details but was told I had to speak to an advisor who would call me.This never happened and after trying to contact them by all means,web chat,email,phone ...I got nowhere and was forced to get cover from another company. I am still trying to cancel my old policy which they automatically renewed despite me telling them I was moving from that address. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

So easy to use,difficult to lose,bright pink or bright orange, it suits me down to the ground,I feel in control and up to date in my banking. Reviewed on: 10th November 2019

Review of the Hastings Direct, Car Insurance:

All the cover, less of the cost

I used a search engine to find car insurance and Hastings Direct,whilst not the bargain basement bottom, was very competitive and offered all I needed such as a courtesy car for a really good price.I went with them and all communication has been fabulous so why pay more for a " name " very pleased with them. A card for all reasons

I spend a lot on my credit cards and pay them off monthly and wasn't getting any sort of perk so I have switched to a John Lewis Partnership card because now I will at least get some vouchers which I will save for Christmas or hand over to my costly daughters for setting up home. In Safe Hands

I like using Paypal as I know it is secure especially when you are buying online or sending some money to a friend or buying from an unknown business.I also like the fact that you can have Paypal credit which gives you 4 months interest free for purchases over £150. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018
