Great but needs a bit of a rocket.....

I like my co-operative account overall because the online access is easy and simple to use.I do have two faults to point out though. 1. payments into my account from companies such as a direct payment or a shop refund always take at least a day longer than my husbands account. 2. The smart phone app is useless to me because it asks you to put in your D>O>B which means scrolling back through the dates and because I am a certain age..old..by the time my birthdate is received the app has timed out.I spoke to them about this and they said that was how it was...so no good to me. Cheap and Cheerful

In all honesty I chose Sure thing ! as they came up as the cheapest and best looking deal on a comparison website.The whole process was very simple and all the communications from them have been straight forward and clear.I fortunately have not had to use them for any sort of claim so cannot comment on that area of the business but would imagine that they are very good. Okay as a last resort

The company lend to people with a less than average credit rating, I would only (and have ) use them if I couldn't find a better interest rate. They are fine as long as you keep up your payments but I did find them aggressive in some of their dealings. Reviewed on: 30th April 2017
