Excellent cover, first class service

Having had insurance with CAMC for a few years, sadly we had to put it to the ultimate test 4 years ago when our caravan was stolen. But the claim process was well guided by a customer service agent and we were kept updated at every stage. Overall from start of claim to payout was about 6 weeks. Again, with help at every step of the process. They even found us a replacement caravan of the same year and model, however it was located at a dealership too far away from us so we found a new van locally. They say you never know the worth of an insurance provider until you have to make a claim, we did and found CAMC insurance top of the class. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Excellent product, good communication

Having had the awful experience of a caravan being stolen, the process of making a claim eased some of the trauma by it's simple, uncomplicated form filling and excellent, attentive communication with all their customer service operators. The claim was swift & smooth from start to finish. And we insured our replacement caravan with CAMC feeling reassured that it was the best company for us based on our experience. Maybe not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and we wanted the best at whatever cost. Our opinion appears to be shared by several caravan club members we have spoken to over the years.
