Friendly, efficient and a breath of fresh air.

As someone who struggles in a modern world of apps, online services and faceless companies, I was relieved to find an insurance service that was quick and easy to join, very affordable and most importantly to me, easy to speak to on the phone. I called them on several occasions with various questions when I joined them, and each time I was able to speak to a friendly human within just a couple of minutes. In a fast competitive corporate world where 'Customer Service' is often sacrificed to cut costs, 'By Miles' is not just the exception to the rule, but for a Man like me, in my 50's who struggles with all things technical, their customer service is extremely valued. Please don't ever change your ethos as your company grows, because I am sure this is a contributing factor to your rapid success. By Miles, I'm not sure that you realise just how exceptional this aspect of your service is? Well from myself at least, a Big thank you and good luck with your future.
