It was good that they didn’t charge a supplement for for river cruises, some companies counted it as a sea cruise. Made a claim for delayed flight home, dealt with promptly. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024

Great customer service

A holiday was cancelled so Goodtogo put the policy on hold. Was able to change policy details to use for next holiday. Staff were very helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
