Due to underlying health conditions getting a policy at the level of cover I required and at a reasonable price was extremely challenging and was beginning to look impossible. They persevered and kept on looking at other providers, provided all supporting documents and research to reduce risk perceived by insurers. Great customer service and compassion. As I have underlying health conditions getting life cover at an affordable price is extremely challenging. They took into account my financial constraints and cover required and did not give up until they got a life cover policy given my health conditions and within my budget. Despite many companies wanting an exorbitant premium, they persisted until they found one that was affordable and offered the cover required.
