Great app and customer service experience

The Starling app is very easy to use, and I love that I can do everything there and don't need to use a browser based banking portal, ring anyone up or come into a branch to do certain activities. On the rare occasion I've needed to contact customer services, they've been friendly and efficient. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

Great customer service

The app is smooth and fully featured. They don't usually have a delay between having new features on iOS and getting them on Android. Really good customer service available all the time. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018
