Compassionate and fuss free service

I have had my pets insurance covered by the insurance emporium for years now and I have had nothing but friendly, compassionate, helpful and fuss free experiences with them and would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Always friendly, compassionate and helpful service

I have always had a very good experience with the insurance emporium. I have had all 4 of my pets covered with them, since 2017 but I have sadly two of them now. I have always found them friendly, helpful and compassionate. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Smooth process every time

I have been using the insurance emporium, to insure my cats and dogs for a few years now and so far, so good. I’ve had to claim for my dogs epilepsy diagnosis, investigation and treatment and then when I informed them of my older dog passing away, I got a very sympathetic and helpful response and a very smooth process to end his insurance policy, without dragging things out. I have found the process of everything simple and smooth and have been very happy so far. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
