Excellent value for money and customer service

Great value for money even with rising costs. Customer service always excellent, staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Phone lines are answered quickly which is invaluable when you have limited time in the day to sort things. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Excellent customer service

I have had my dog insured with The Insurance Emporium for over 4 years. They are absolutely brilliant, always polite and courteous staff when calling to query something on my policy or in relation to a claim . Claims always handled and paid promptly with good communication at each stage so I always know what's happening. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Excellent customer service & value for money
