We rescued our cat Ziggy and all seemed well for a while. Over a few days his eyes were becoming cloudy. A visit to the vet and he was diagnosed with FIV leading to Uveitis and dislocated lenses in both eyes which need an operation to stop him going blind. From the start we took out a Lifetime Gold policy with Insurance Emporium. We took him in on the day of his operation and left him at the vets. One hour later we received a call we are unable to do the operation Ziggy's glucose is to high . He was now diagnosed with Diabetes. Diabetes under control and operation successful and then another problem. Constipation. He had to go in to vets for a flush Enema. So Ziggy is on 5 eye drops a day, Diabetes insulin, and Constipation liquid. Thank you to Insurance Emporium. Customer service are a pleasure to speak to and always happy to listen. Claims forms are filled and sent in and payment of claims received in a couple of weeks. It is a very sad and stress full time when your Pet is unwell but thank you to my Insurance a lot of that stress and worry is taken away. Ziggy is a happy and playful cat and we are very grateful. A BIG Thank You to Insurance Emporium

A Life Time Gold policy at a very reasonable price. Our poor cat Ziggy fell very ill with Uveitis causing secondary lens luxation, requiring an operation to remove the lens from both eyes. Since the successful operation Ziggy will be on daily eye drops for life. Then a few months ago Ziggy was diagnosed with diabetes requiring 2 insulin injections a day. Claims for the operation which was a four figure amount and our monthly visits to our vets and now our claims for Diabetes are paid promptly straight to my bank. At a very sad, worrying and stressful time thank you to Insurance Emporium for the help and financial support towards Ziggy's vet bills. When I have had contact with customer service the phones are answered in a timely manner from a very helpful and knowledgeable agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Insurance Emporium to anyone. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
