Excellent customer service

Amazing customer service

My cat had a sudden serious issue and when I called up TIE with a small question about my claim, the advisor was so kind. She talked me through everything, made sure I fully understood the process and was very proactive in supporting me. The best thing was that she seemed to really care about my cat and what we were going through. She asked questions without being intrusive and was extremely empathetic - she was an absolute joy to deal with. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
