So Easy!

Easy to get either on line or by phone. Can talk to a human if you require. Very understanding and sympathetic to deal with. Pay out in a timely fashion. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Extra helpful

Emporium could not have been nicer or more helpful when my Irish Wolfhound broke his leg. He had to be referred to the vets at Bristol University. We were so worried, but we’re totally reassured by Emporium. Unfortunately there was no happy ending for our dog, but at least we didn’t have the worry of massive bills on top. They were wonderful! Tremendous helpful when my wolfhound broke his leg. He needed specialist treatment at Bristol univercity vets , Langford. They payed out directly to them so I only had to top up the vet fees % and excess. Brilliant caring service. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022
