Review of Horse insurance

I have horse insurance. When I needed to make a claim, the process was very easy, customer service & communication with myself was excellent & payment was prompt. I rang several times with queries, I found it easy to contact them on the phone & staff were always very pleasant & helpful. Their prices are really good & the cost of my insurance has actually come down. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Excellent communication

My horse is insured with the insurance emporium. She has experienced some health issues & I have found them to respond quickly to claims, have paid for her care needs & communication has been prompt & helpful.
