Nothings an issue with this company

We insured our little cavachon as a puppy,and not lo g after she developed an allergy,and had to have a monthly injection for life.and after 5yrs they paid majority of the costs without a quibble,as it happens we thought better of the injections,to I guess the disappointment of greedy vets,and now just give her half a Puriton.,but as I said they pay with a small 5% on each claim and an initiall excess amount of which I cannot remember each year on 1st claim of that period.but there excess is lower than all we looked into on getting our puppy. I have recommended them now to countless people who have gone on board with this great insurer.we will stay with them.till the enevatable happens. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
