Claimed for my Yorkshire Terrier, bilateral luxating patella surgery and, physio, hydro. Found both thier customer service and claims department are excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. Am always recommending them. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Easy-peasy

Have been with emporium for over 2 years, very reasonable price and so easy when you need to claim. Both my dogs are covered with them and won't be changing any time soon. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Great value

Have had their insurance for over a year now with one of my dogs and just renewed. And have taken another policy for my new puppy. Think it's one of the most reasonable priced insurance on the market. Haven't had to claim yet but am sure all will be ok. Their site is easy to use and all information easy to access through the app. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
