Prompt service with least contact

My 3 year old dog was taken to the vets with a skin complaint. Tablets were prescribed and my dog got better. Skin complaint returned after a month. The dog was given an injection and the dog is much better. All bills and communications regarding the ailment have been dealt with between the Vet and MiPet insurance with the least stress for me.
