Fast, Friendly and Efficient!

I was forced to cancel travel plans due to illness; I had expected making a claim would be a painful and arduous process - however, I was pleasantly surprised! LV talked me through exactly what I needed to do, making it clear that they would be on hand should I need further assistance. I sent them the requisite proof of illness letter from my GP, and they processed my claim most expeditiously. Very impressed indeed, as they made what is usually quite a daunting task, simple and ...
