Blocked Account!

I have my account blocked because I changed my address and I give them my new one, they didn't bother to ask me my previous address and they put a sticky note on my account. To correct that I had to go to the bank with my ID and card or bank statement. I had to wait for ages as usual when they call other branch or something like that, and they put me answer some security question about some money coming into my account, I explained to them that is my wage that is coming every 4 weeks, and they no, it is coming at irregular times and they need a proof of wage. I come with it and they put me on hold, to wait for their phone call, don't know why. They said they will call me that day or the day after. Those days passed and I am still waiting.
