They just do what you need when you need iy

I've been with starting since the early days and seamlessly transferred my current account once my previous building society decided to stop current accounts. I have managed my account entirely online and have only needed to make direct contact a few times. In all cases, it was probably dealt with quicker than my previous bank and without any problem.
