call to Agria! Help I've got my excess mixed up with my car insurance so i haven't claimed anything! (Don't ask!)Laughter at both ends. The agent was lovely and answered all my questions, explaining in plain terms what I was able to do to rectify and allow Agria to assess my claims. Relieved and happy customer.
