Amazing Pet Insurance Provider

I cannot recommend this insurance company enough. We have a lifetime policy for our dog Dexter who is now 5yrs old. He has had numerous illnesses including two life-long conditions and the Insurance Emporium has settle the claims every time hassle free! The staff in the call centres are exceptional. They are prompt at answering your call, speak with empathy for your situation (which can be very distressed when dealing with a very sick animal) and are swift at taking action to ensure you or your vets are paid quickly. In addition to this, they are never greedy with your renewal quote. Surprisingly, despite numerous claims each year, our monthly fee has only changed by a few pounds since we started out with them. Fantastic pet insurance company

The Insurance Emporium company has looked after my dogs medical claims for the past 5 years with swift responses, UK based call centres and lovely call handlers. My dog was diagnosed with Guardia as a pup and has many allergies causing reoccurring ear infections and costly tests, ear clearing, immunotherapy injections and frequent visits to our vets. The insurance has covered all these costs without quibble and every time I’ve contacted them they have been available to talk through next steps, making the claim process as smooth as possible! This has taken away a lot of stress. The call handlers have all been so lovely to talk too and the email communication prompt and efficient.
