I had the unfortunate news to call on the insurance taken out with the club From the first late night call from another country my call was dealt with promptly, with professionalism and compassion The process took many weeks to get through the situation and to final resolution The club insurance representatives where at all times 'with me' Even when local medical administrators became very direct intheir want for payment - the club 'owned the situation' and put a barrier between my need for recovery and the local medical teams push for payment I am pleased to say that all medical necessities were dealt with to full recovery, all administration was dealt with easily and all payments where paid out from my policy I totally recommend this service, because in these fast living commercial days ...
