The insurance people who actually care about cyclists!

Had one claim so far - a disheartening theft of my beloved bike. Claim was accepted without any extra questions asked within few days and within less than two weeks I had a brand new bike ride. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

Hassle free and fast settling a claim

Had my beloved bike stolen and thanks to Laka I was back cycling within two weeks. My claim was accepted without any additional faff after submitting what was listed in a very clear requirements. Also appreciated the option to choose a different bike as a replacement and professional help. On top of that the community system of Laka is so much better than the usual insurance giants!
