Brilliant company to deal with

Our French Bulldog developed a life threatening back injury, and having never made an insurance claim before I was lost with if I could claim, what cover I actually had, what would once had claimed and how long it would take to get paid. One phone call to Emporium and my mind was at ease. It was delt with very quickly and smoothly. My vet couldn’t believe the cover that I had and how fast they were paid out. Obviously the premiums went up but that always happens. I’ve been with them nine years and I’m still very happy with the company. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Excellent and Efficient

I have used Emporium Pet Insurance many times over many years and have never been disappointed. There’s always someone to speak to at the end of the phone not just a machine asking questions. They always pay on time without any problems because everything is made clear at the beginning. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
