Excellent insurance

Even before claiming, I loved the brand, ethos and its approach to insurance. Seemed they were shaking things up in a way that was both useful to end users and really well thought-through. I've recently had to make two claims — one for a stolen bike and the other for a stolen seat. The process could not have been more different from anyone I've ever dealt with in the past. Super friendly, super practical, super personal. Even to the point where Ollie at Laka had replaced my lock like for like — and when I received it I realised how heavy it was and that I'd prefer a lighter one — he arranged for the old one to be returned and for me to be reimbursed for the new one I'd bought. There's no 'computer says no' bullshit. Everything is human and reasonable. Love these guys. Reviewed on: 4th October 2022
