Wish I could rate 0 stars - AVOID!

They attempted at every given opportunity to charge me "admin fees" for example I needed to change my address and the first time they said either do it on the portal or if you do it on the phone it'll cost £50. Then they locked my portal, so I had to call up and they said so to change your address its a £35 admin fee! No communication between customers or even other colleagues as they all told me different things. I tried to resolve issues and the customer care was just abysmal and dodged my questions to try and charge me more admin fees! Never really do reviews but they were so awful I thought I need to! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Reviewed on: 4th October 2022
