Review of the Policy Expert, Car insurance:

Really good service so far

I set up my car insurance policy with Policy Expert online, having found the company through Confused.com. Their premium was the most reasonable, as was their excess, and the policy offered me good benefits. I had to call Policy Expert before the policy went live as I became aware of a claim my partner had had within the last five years. I got straight through to a customer service representative who was kind, helpful and reassuring. The load on the premium was minimal and, even though I'd set the policy up over 14 days previously, I was not charged an admin fee. The customer service representative also made me aware of other products Policy Expert offered, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Policy Expert to my friends and family.
