First class service!

Insurers advertise that they will provide good service in the event of a claim but often don’t deliver. Well having made two claims with the CAMC I can confirm their service is excellent, from initial contact with the claims staff through to dealing with the loss adjuster they were first class. My policy included protected no claims bonus but unlike some other insurers my premium didn’t increase when I renewed my policy. They might not be the cheapest but in my opinion they are certainly amongst the best! Reviewed on: 5th October 2022
