Excellent Service

I recently purchased a policy with some additional extras that I later found I did not need so I rang up and got very professional service from brilliant and helpful staff. They quickly resolved my query to my satisfaction, cancelling my initial policy and setting up a new one on the same day, and I even got a cheeky £10 as a refund out of it. I would definitely recommend Policy Expert to anyone. Excellent work guys, your service went beyond my expectation. I know other insurers would have started talking about 5-10 working days etc. and it would have cost me double just to make such simple amendments to a policy. Reviewed on: 9th October 2022
