New John Lewis partnership card

Some serious problems with applying for this card. I have been a customer for 20 years + and have found it pretty much impossible to apply/ get accepted for this card.. Am applying to M+S instead now. Senior JL management I would suggest you sort this fiasco out quickly as you have managed to alienate a lot of loyal customers very quickly.
