None of the staff have any interest in anything other than drawing their salary with nobody taking any responsibility in meeting customers requests / needs. This makes it a totally rotten organization. For no good reason they could not verify my account a Nat West for the linked account for a savings account I have held for 4 years and blocked access for 2 weeks and counting. Nothing I have done so far has worked, including sending in a statement to release the quite substantial sum I have with them at a paltry 0.19% interest while others are offering 2.35 for equivalent account. Despite my complaints and numerous calls I have so far achieved nothing but wasted hours. I would warn anyone thinking that being a big organization offers any safety or efficiency. on the contrary the staff are poorly trained and difficult and have no idea of customer service.
