Great cover, no argument pay out

My pup had to have hip op, vet costs paid no trouble. Had 2 weekly hydro therapy/physio with exercises to do at home. I have limited mobility so struggled with exercises so booked extra sessions expecting to pay myself. Was easier to submit total bill and so explained the extra sessions. To my amazement they paid for all. Online system easy to use. And maximum cover for 4 dogs was cheaper than I was paying for one of my dogs who had had claims several years before.
