Excellent and Efficient with Friendly Customer Service

First Direct is an Excellent online bank, and so easy to make all transactions with using the Banking App, so quick to check all payments going in and out. On the rare occasion you require to call the call centre, each customer service representative quickly resolves any issue that I may have in a friendly way, also they are very trusted with the security of my current, avoiding any fraud at all costs.
