Top notch customer service

A few months ago I got locked out of the application due to the amount of devices registered. This was because the app would kick me off occasionally and I would need to log back in registering it as a new device. This meant I had to contact customer service which I had trouble reaching; I had no response to an email and it took hours to get through to the online support service but once I did all was resolved quickly. Due to the troubles Starling Bank sent me chocolates and a hand written apology showing the love the company has for its customers, its what makes it impossible for me to ever go back to Santander.
