Great bank

The Monzo app is very easy to use with some great features. Excellent for using overseas as well. The ability to to save "round up" amounts into a separate savings account is excellent as well. Transactions are also extremely up to date, usually appearing instantaneously - handy for having an accurate balance Reviewed on: 26th February 2025

No hassle claim process

I claimed last year when my dog had a UTI after a minor operation. The claim process took about 5 ins to complete online & was paid out without quibble. The option to claim directly or via the vet is useful too Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
