Get my money ASAP and move on !!

The noise in the background was high, phone connection poor, the agent didn’t seem to want to listen to my additional medical symptoms, just wanted to sell me a policy and move on. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025

Excellent customer communication

I am 74 years of age and have several health issues. The agent listened avidly to my explanations of them and was clear on his answers for each one both for Me and my wife. It came across as caring and not just a “Sales Pitch “ It was not the most economical, but it gave us confidence and Security that we were fully covered. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022
