Review of the One Call Insurance, Car insurance broker:

Ridiculous

Having changed my bank I managed to change every direct debit except one which is Onecall insurance going to the portal which hardly ever works it said my email address was insecure I have literally tried everything then they send a letter informing me it was going to be cancelled what really gets me is there’s no telephone number so how the hell can you get in touch with them,I did however find a number which is Onecall commercial insurance same company so I called them thinking the nice person on the other end of the phone would help he was so ignorant if I owned that company he would be out of the door it needs the ombudsman calling in to sort this out and when I have finished this review that’s exactly who I’m ringing Reviewed on: 12th October 2022
