Good value, excellent cover and rapid settlement of a claim.

I have only made one claim following an unfortunate loss I suffered on a crowded train in Barcelona. The situation was a little complicated but my claim was settled with a minimum of negotiation and in a very short time. The service I received over the telephone in this case was excellent.
