Best way to reduce car insurance

Most use their cars for short journeys either commuting to work or shopping, so why pay insurance to cover liabilities for long distance driving? By plugging in an unobtrusive tracker into your car you can only pay insurance based on the mileage you actually drive. It is a great way to greatly reduce car insurance cost. Even if you go over the predicted mileage when you started policy, you are only charge for the extra mileage used that month, or can top up account in advance.
