Good customer service and easy to make claims

I have all 3 of my cats insured with the company. The premiums are very competitive and its a good cover. We had made a claim for the hospitalisation of one of our cats. It was an easy process and they dealt direct with our vets, but kept us updated by text all the way. We have another claim in progress but again we are receiving updates.
