Outstanding customer service and amazingly quick response to my claim.

I can’t recommend Many Pets highly enough! I had a very poorly cat and had to make multiple claims. The customer service team were outstanding and they did everything for me, were incredibly. helpful, answered all my questions quickly and were very reassuring throughout; at what was a very stressful time. They kept me up to date with my claims so I never had to follow up and it was resolved very quickly and payments made promptly. I am just so impressed and grateful, and would never go anywhere else for my pet insurance. Reviewed on: 13th October 2022
