Amazing by today's standards

I ensured both my cat and dog under one policy. Literally weeks later my lovely six year old dog was diagnosed with a tumour on her ear and underwent surgery to remove a mast cell tumour. Bought by Many (Many Pets old moniker) paid for everything, which was incredible. Sadly, a year and a half later my lovely, beautiful dog became very unwell, and underwent an MRI scan which showed an inoperable aggressive brain tumour. The tests and subsequent palliative treatment, putting my beloved pet to sleep and her cremation were all paid for without any quibbles. Staff at Many Pets were kind, compassionate and caring, they went the extra mile for which I will be forever grateful at a really sad time for me and my family. I cannot thank them enough. They were absolutely great. My cat will remain insured by them. I honestly cannot recommend Many Pets enough and have already recommended them to friends. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
