Caring and efficient

Custömer service were very efficient when I needed to amend my policy. It felt like I had very caring personal advice.. i felt the call handler that day went above and beyond what I expected., i wasn’t pressured into paying for something else. Reviewed on: 4th October 2024

Cheerful Staff

Easy to use telephone system, very cheerful staff, attention e and helpful. Although they would have liked me to add extras to my policy, they didn't push me to do so. They made things simple for me . Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
