App is great, can be challenging to troubleshoot...

Overall decent service and the app is great for some things. Customer service is a nightmare to get hold of when you need them and the interest rate isn't wonderful but otherwise fine. The app can be a challenge to find what you need if you're trying to troubleshoot. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026

Superb online portal and fab customer service

One Call have always been the most competitively priced insurance I've used. The customer service is great, communication by email and text is so helpful and the online portal for accessing documents and making payments is really intuitive. All in all a great service and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
