New provder awful

Seems loyal customers have to apply for a new card under the new provider. Trying the online application for the last few hours. Got through to the registration stage. "System currently unavailable, please try again". Called the application number. "We are sorry, all our associates are busy". John Lewis made a terrible mistake with this.
